    Naval Justice School award. A base holds oar paddle form in vertical position. The face of paddle is adorned with 13 small (.25") brass stars and an anchor and chain. A brass coupling attaches the oar to the two tier wooden base. The brass plaque has inscription and the bottom felt lined.
