Brown ballet-type girl's slippers with no heel, small silk ribbon bow attached to front, silk ribbon ties approximately 15" long, goes around instep and ankle. Marked inside both: "12/2". Tag that used to be attached: "Worn about 1800 by Miss Sally Smih of Warwick"
