  • Belt ax or spike tomahawk with slender gently curving handle has steel flared blade with three notches at blade base at handle insertion. Curved, hook-like counter balance to blade, fluted just past handle insertion. Blade oxidized. Inscribed "Ens/Wm./Denison/1760" on blade.
