    Description:
    Portrait of Ann Waterman Watson who was born in 1780 and died in 1856. Three quarter seated portrait of an elderly woman, wearing a dark gray dress with white lace cap and cuffs. She is seated in a red upholstered chair, and holds a pair of spectacles in her right hand and a red and gold bound book in the left. She also has a gold ring on her left hand.
