    Description:
    Bust length portrait of a man with handsome features, black wavy hair curled towards face, blue eyes, classic nose, creamy white complexion, and reddish cheeks, wearing black jacket without shoulder pads, sleeves appear to be puffed below shoulder line. Also wearing a yellow vest and white shirt and his collar has a bow and lifts on sides of face but not in front of chin.

    Benjamin Wing Hendrick was born in Smithfield, Rhode Island 1802, and died in Middletown, Rhode Island in 1869. He was married to Sarah Wilcox Browning. His mother was Abigail Fiske Henrick.
