  • Imprint date suggested by Alden. RIHS curator's note: "It has long been believed that the type for this perpetual almanac was set by Ann Franklin."
  • Reverse of RIHS copy is a drawing "The Plott of the first floor of a dwelling house to be built on James Gordons Farm."
